FlexServe

By creating an account or using FlexServe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

FlexServe is an AI-powered platform that enables individuals to create professional websites, manage bookings, process payments, and operate service-based businesses. FlexServe provides tools including AI-driven onboarding, website generation, booking management, and CRM.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free trial account.

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial of the Base plan. During the trial, you may use all features available under the Base plan. After the trial expires, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using FlexServe. Unused trial time cannot be transferred or extended.

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe at the following rates: Base ($19/mo), Pro ($49/mo), and Elite ($129/mo). Current pricing is always displayed on the platform.
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings or Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Upon cancellation, your account and all associated data — including your generated website, client records, bookings, invoices, AI session history, and any uploaded content — will be permanently and irreversibly deleted. Your published website and booking page will be taken offline immediately. FlexServe cannot recover deleted data after cancellation.
• FlexServe reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice.

You agree not to use FlexServe for any purpose that is:

• Illegal under applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading to consumers.
• Harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing to any person.
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Designed to distribute malware, spam, or phishing content.

FlexServe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

FlexServe uses artificial intelligence (provided by Anthropic and xAI) to assist with onboarding conversations, website content generation, and image creation. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published on your website. FlexServe is not liable for AI-generated content that is inaccurate or inappropriate.

FlexServe integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments) and AI providers (Anthropic, xAI). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. FlexServe is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

• FlexServe uses multi-tenant data isolation to keep your business data separate from other users.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Conversation data from AI onboarding is used to build your website and may be used to improve the service.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

You retain ownership of the content you provide (business name, descriptions, images). FlexServe retains ownership of the platform, templates, and AI-generated design elements. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use generated website content for your business while your subscription is active.

FlexServe aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexServe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

FlexServe may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Whether you cancel voluntarily or your account is terminated for a policy violation, all associated data — including generated websites, client records, bookings, invoices, and AI session history — will be permanently deleted. Your published website and booking page will be taken offline. This action is irreversible and FlexServe cannot recover deleted data after termination.

FlexServe reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
